This “on the boards” project calls for the replacement of an existing 1,653 sf. service station mini mart with a new 2,600 sf mini mart. The new retail store features a contemporary design with clean lines and two majestic towers on the south and west elevations. On the site, there is an existing 76 gas station. New site work includes a redesign of the parking lot layout & landscaping around the perimeter of the property. The new parking layout allows for more convenient customer access to the new mini mart.
